Comments: Holy moly. Van is a horrible main character, I am sad to say that if he were my son I would feel the same as his father about him. All he does is moan and complain. I could not finish this book it was so terrible. I listened to perhaps an hour before I was so tired of his bad attitude I wanted to give up. Nothing of note happened and I had no idea where the author could possibly go with what she started. Frustrated I went and looked up where she was going , just to see if I should hang in there but I found out she took the story to a yucky place, so I just am trashing this novel.

I hate quitting a good book because it's moral garbage. This is my attempt at briefly helping readers understand what's in a book before starting it. I rate each book in two ways, its morality and its entertainment. This is not a critique blog per-se. I will not be delivering sermons. Just a few facts, a few opinions, with a splash of colored boxes and stars. That's it folks. This is a resource, not a conversation.
…and by reading I mean listening to.
